(Favorite Old Me)
What a great yesterday for Debbie and me.
For awhile I truly was her favorite old me.
Today will be different for this I'm sure.
So, I'm thankful for yesterday even more.
Dementia has no boundary.
No time limit on the day.
Coming on in many forms.
Quiet, lost, and ignoring her needs.
It's just another new day with Debbie and me.
