Today, I watched the dedication to the falling soldiers at Fort Hood, TX. It brought back memories of my time serving my country and what it meant to me. It brings the reality back that a free nation takes sacrifice from each and everyone of us. Just a Jesus sacrificed his life for us. He gave the ultimate sacrifice. We all need to stop and say a prayer for the soldiers, families, and civilians who have suffered so much on that day, and will continue to feel the loss. We need to continue to lift the men and women who serve and die for our country in prayer every day.
In Isaiah 49: 13 - Sing, O heavens! Be Joyful, O earth! And break out in singing, O mountains, For the Lord has comforted his people, And will have mercy on His afflicted.
Wednesday is Veterans day stop and say thank you to someone you know is a veteran.
